Terms and Conditions for the Waiting List

Notification-Only Purpose

• The waiting list is exclusively for providing updates and notifications about the future launch of the Fidnea ApS app.
• No specific investment-related information is provided through this waiting list. Any information shared will be introductory and focus on the general objectives of Fidnea ApS.
• Your registration is solely for the purpose of expressing interest in Fidnea ApS’ upcoming product, an app currently under development.
• Signing up does not create any contractual relationship or obligation to provide services or grant access to the product.

Data Usage and Protection

• The information collected during the waiting list sign-up (e.g., name, email address) will be used exclusively for communication about the app launch, updates, and related announcements.
• Your data will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Non-Binding Nature of Sign-Up

• Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access to the final app or any associated services
• Fidnea ApS reserves the right to update or discontinue the waiting list or app development without prior notice.
• When app version 1.0 is ready you will receive an email notification.

Use of marketing services provider

• We use a third-party service as our marketing platform. By submitting this form, you agree that the personal data you provided will be transferred to the service provider for processing.

• Information provided through the waiting list or in related communications does not constitute financial advice, recommendations, or an offer to invest in Fidnea ApS or its products. 

Click-Wrap Agreements

To ensure enforceability of the terms and conditions, users are required to actively acknowledge their agreement before signing up. This is implemented as follows:

• 1. Agreement Confirmation
• During the sign-up process, users must check a box stating: 
• "I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy." 
• Users will not be allowed to complete the sign-up process unless this box is checked.
• 2. Access to Legal Documents
• Links to the Terms and Conditions for the Website & Waiting list & Privacy Policy will be prominently displayed and easily accessible during the sign-up process. Users are encouraged to review these documents carefully before proceeding. 
• 3. Record of Consent
• Consent records, including the time and date of agreement, will be securely stored as proof of acknowledgment. The consent record will be available to us through our collaboration with the marketing service provider.
• 4. Age limitation
• Our learning services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such individuals. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately

Misrepresentation and False Information

Submitting false information during sign-up, such as fake email addresses or identities.Misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization or individual in connection with Fidnea ApS.

Misuse of Content and Resources

Copying, redistributing, or republishing content from the website without explicit permission.

Enforcement and Consequences
